Daytime Healthcare are assisting a high-end clinic in Harley Street to find an Accounts Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance, excellent organisational skills, and leadership experience. Prior experience in billing and financial reporting is essential, with healthcare experience being an advantage. You should have experience working in a healthcare-related setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing and Invoicing: Manage and perform billing for consultations, procedures, diagnostic tests, and other services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Ensure accurate assignment of billing codes for laboratory tests, including additional services such as Immunochemistry, while maintaining organised and up-to-date records.
- Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee and mentor the accounts team, providing support and guidance to ensure smooth financial operations and high team performance. Collaborate with the Accounts Manager to implement process improvements and develop strategies to enhance departmental performance.
- Reports and Analytics: Generate weekly and month-end reports on billed amounts to track financial performance and identify potential improvements. Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, contributing insights and recommendations.

- Financial report writing: 1 year (required)
