DMC & Disrepair Surveyor

Andersen James working with a regional Housing Associaton based in Chester, as they look to recruit a DMC & Disrepair Surveyor.

The role will responsible for damp and mould surveys and disrepair cases across their Northern housing stock.
We\’re looking for candidates with:
* Relevant building surveying, maintenance or construction management qualification and or equivalent experience
* A strong surveying background, ideally within social housing
* Ideally damp, mould and disrepair experience. However, the client are happy to develop candidates in these areas – excellent development opporunity for surveyors starting out their career!
In return, the client will give the following:
* Generous salary plus car allowance
* 35 hour working week
* Generous annual leave allowance (25 days increasing to 28 after 4 years’ service)
