What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just another support role – you’ll be front and centre in shaping how this MSP delivers its high-level technical services. Here’s what you can expect:
- Act as a senior escalation point for 2nd Line and Service Desk teams – your knowledge will make a real impact
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking and virtualisation
- Work directly with clients at all levels – from shop floor to boardroom – offering expert advice and support
- Support the delivery of projects such as cloud migrations and infrastructure upgrades
- Help create documentation, mentor colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement

- Strong experience with Modern Workplace tech: Windows 10/11, Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot

- Windows Server (2016+), Exchange Online and on-prem
- Virtualisation skills – VMware and/or Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, firewalls, wireless)
- Information Security and ITIL awareness
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a people-first mindset
- Experience in a Managed Services environment
