Our client, a leading global organisation is currently recruiting for a Project Manager – Product Development to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This individual will take a crucial role in leading and delivery of multiple key projects through full lifecycle within the product development team.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee existing product and new product projects from conception through to release.
  • Take ownership for managing KPI’s and deliverables against cost requirements and given project timeframes.
  • Actively identify and review and potential risks and put processes in place to mitigate these.
  • Oversee project finances including actual and forecasting.
  • Work closely with a team of mechanical and electronic engineers.
  • Provide regular reporting and feedback to key stakeholders within the business.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager with a focus on product development projects.
  • Experience working with Engineering teams.
  • STEM Degree Bsc / BEng / HND qualification.
  • Experienced managing multiple projects at any given time through full lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, EVM and methods.
  • Exceptional communicational and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience with financial forecasting and budget management.
