Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE)
Mon–Thurs 8:30–5:15, Fri 8:30–1:00 | Hybrid/WFH | 37.5 hours/week

The Role:
Working as part of a growing Mechanical Design Team, you’ll support the full product lifecycle—designing custom housings, fixtures, mould tools, and test jigs using SolidWorks + PDM.

Key responsibilities:

* 3D CAD modelling and 2D manufacturing drawings

* Designing mechanical components in steel, aluminium, bronze, and polymers

* Producing BOMs and work instructions

* Supporting prototype builds and getting involved in physical product testing

* Liaising with suppliers and the production team

The Person:

* A Mechanical Engineering or Product Design graduate (or equivalent qualification)

* Some experience with CAD design (university, internship or placement)

* Confident with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
