Our client is looking for a Client Contracts Coordinator based at the Guildford Office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing all aspects of international B2B client contracts, encompassing drafting, negotiation, and post-award support.
  2. Supporting the Contracts and Licensing team, as well as the wider company, with expert advice regarding contractual terms, identifying and providing suggestions to mitigate the risks therein.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues in the submission of complex tender documentation, aligned with our contracting principles.
  4. Overseeing, reviewing, and updating internal contract templates.
  5. Providing support and mentoring to colleagues to enhance their own knowledge and skills in contract review and negotiation.
  6. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, typically via email and Microsoft Teams.
  7. Undertaking research as needed to ensure that our contracting process remains fit for purpose for our organizational needs.
  8. Providing ad hoc assistance to clients and colleagues to achieve the goals of the company.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A legal qualification or significant relevant work experience.
  2. Substantial experience in reviewing, advising, and negotiating on contractual terms and conditions.
