We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our Clients team and support the business with all aspects of HR. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic work environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
  • Handle HR administration, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
  • Support learning and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in an HR Advisory role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3/5) or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
