Management Information Systems: Maintain systems to aid the management and reporting of KPIs, including Effective Labour Utilisation and Stock Control Management.

Team Competency: Ensure all team members demonstrate their competency by undertaking relevant assessments and competency reviews.

Production Plan Execution: Ensure the agreed production plan is executed safely, on time, and in full, maintaining high food safety standards, minimising waste, managing yields, and producing high-quality products.

Performance Reporting: Report on yield, quality, volume, and cycle time, detailing reasons for any failure to meet standards.

Workplace Maintenance: Ensure designated areas are well maintained, clean, and safe.
