Your aim will be to make your store the best in town, for customers to visit and for colleagues to work in.

You're an experienced Team Leader; you're comfortable with the responsibility of leading a large and diverse team. You are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor, and colleague loyalty. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet their store's targets.
