Purpose of the role

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team and support the legal function across the business. This role is ideal for a solicitor with at least 1 year PQE looking to gain in-house experience in a supportive environment. Reporting to the UK Counsel, you’ll work closely with multiple departments, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk.

How you’ll make an impact at Movianto as a Junior Legal Counsel

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly client agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection.
  • Support dispute resolution, liaising with external counsel when needed.
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical advice to the business.
  • Provide general legal support as required.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 1 year PQE (or equivalent).
