What You\’ll Be Doing

  1. Identifying & securing new business in retail and hospitality.
  2. Owning the full sales cycle – from initial engagement to closing high-value deals.
  3. Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  4. Navigating long sales cycles (typically 9-18 months) with a strategic approach.
  5. Collaborating with marketing & lead generation teams to refine outreach strategies.
  6. Negotiating complex contracts, ensuring the best commercial outcomes.

What You\’ll Bring

  1. Proven track record of closing multi-million-pound B2B deals.
  2. Experience in hardware and/or software sales, ideally within retail or hospitality.
  3. Confidence in consultative selling, engaging stakeholders from operations to C-suite level.
  4. Strong negotiation skills, with experience handling complex contracts.
  5. Ability to work autonomously, managing your own pipeline and priorities.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for accurate forecasting.
