This specialist commercial property consultancy has built an exceptional reputation for delivering high-end, bespoke residential projects. With a strong client base including Architects, Building Surveyors, and homeowners, they thrive on recommendations and repeat business, thanks to their seamless service. To support their continued growth, they are now seeking an M&E Consultant to join their successful team.
In this role you will be working on the end to end management and assessment of all M&E aspects of the varied building service projects. The role will include aspects of M&E diagnosis, surveying, creation of technical design specs, cost analysis and lifecycle planning to appraise projects.
