We are looking for a Driver & Warehouse Operative to join our team! If you have experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry and hold a valid UK driving licence, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving: Safely operate a 3.5-ton flatbed truck to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers and sites, usually within an hour's drive.
- Warehouse Duties: Assist in receiving, storing, and organising stock in the warehouse. FLT experience or willingness to train is essential.
- Order Picking & Packing: Prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service when delivering goods.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock checks and ensure correct inventory levels.
- Health & Safety: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience in the Plumbing & Heating sector (essential). Knowledge of products.
- Valid UK Category B driving licence with a clean record. Minimum age 25.
- Previous experience driving a 3.5-ton flatbed truck.
- Ability to lift and move heavy products.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
