About the role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team in the North East. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and recruiting top tier talent for our IT and Finance departments. In the role, you will develop strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience and build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

What you’d be doing:
- You will partner with our IT and Finance directorates, to understand their talent needs and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates, through various channels, including LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools.
- Partnering with stakeholders, to build relationships, understand recruitment challenges and provide expert advice on market conditions and recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement direct hire recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies and identify new talent sources.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including offer management, providing first class candidate experience.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, messaging and tracking metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition with recruitment team projects that form part of the overall recruitment business plan.
About you:
- Proven experience in IT and/or Finance recruitment from either agency, RPO or in-house recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment lifecycles and recruitment delivery through direct sourcing.
- Proven experience in building relationships with stakeholders and acting as a strategic business partner.
- Results driven mindset, with the ability to lead and influence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience of being a proactive recruiter – mapping and talent intelligence.
