Gym64 are looking to recruit an inspirational and passionate Fitness Manager for their Glenrothes site. Founded upon research and consultation, Gym64 was created. We have state of the art gymnasiums throughout Fife, housing our full body programme, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular exercise and core training. Our classes allow our fitness team to focus and adapt sessions which push our members to their limits, taking care of their body and achieving better results.
As the fitness manager, you will play an essential role within the Gym64 family and will be responsible for assisting the regional manager in the day-to-day operations of the gym.
Key duties:- Take on a role that spans management and sales of major services
- Report to the Regional Manager and look after multiple departments
- Communicating with the general manager and other branches, building a positive relationship and cooperative culture between sites
- Training staff in processes and ensuring quality of work
- Be responsible for our gym floor and fitness studios
- Oversee our fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training
- Continually improve site standards and team performance
- Develop and support your team to achieve ambitious targets
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer care to our members
- Ensure that the gym operates in line with all Health and safety equipment.
As a member of the management team, you will also be responsible for the well-being of staff and members, able to market the club both internally and externally, as well as develop relationships within the local area establishing Gym64 as the market leader in Fife.
