Job Purpose:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the commercial performance of assigned accounts.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Lead and manage new sales opportunities by conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop tailored proposals, contribute to bid and tender processes, and lead contract negotiations to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent account management and customer satisfaction.
