An established and growing manufacturing business in Caerphilly is looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Co-Ordinator to oversee and streamline production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Production Co-Ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is willing to support production lines as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
  • Supervise and manage a team of operatives across multiple production lines.
  • Take a hands-on approach, stepping in to assist on the production line when necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain high quality control standards, ensuring all products meet required specifications.
  • Plan and manage shift allocations to maximise efficiency and meet production targets.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency improvements while maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with other departments, including warehouse, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
