Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor Care
- Act as the first point of contact for contractors, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Regularly check in with contractors to confirm their satisfaction, address any concerns, and resolve issues proactively.
- Support the Finance Team in chasing timesheets and invoices, ensuring prompt payments, and following up on POs and payment queries.
- Maintain accurate records in Mercury (CRM) and document all contractor interactions.
- Liaise with Account Managers and our Finance Director to escalate payment or engagement concerns.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, tracking KPIs, and monitoring outstanding invoices.
- For new placements, compliance checks for worker documentation, and sending out standard contracts to the contractors and/or their umbrella company.
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of the Contractor extension process, and sending out extension contracts or termination letters.
- Checking if up to date CV of contractor has come in on time (and shared to colleagues).
- Lead generation that will lead to nice bonuses!
- Act as the liaison with Templeton House's tenants, to ensure a good service.
- Manage printing, filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies, tidiness, and ensuring a productive workspace.
- Handle travel arrangements, diary management, and event coordination for meetings and company gatherings.
- Educate and support staff on Vitality Health Insurance Perks and encourage engagement.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all office locations.
- Be the central person in the group to make sure all staff globally feel connected.
What we are looking for:
- Experience as a Contractor Care person or Contract Recruitment Consultant in another IT recruitment agency or Compliance person in an Umbrella company.
- Proven history of high call volumes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with IT contractors and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to multitask across finance, contractor engagement and office administration.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Mercury experience preferred).
- Ability to handle confidential and financial data responsibly.
