Business Support Administrator

Our client is looking for a Business Support Administrator who will play a key part in delivering efficient and effective administrative support to all their teams. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
What you\’ll be doing

Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, distribution, and processing of parcels, as well as coordinating courier services when needed.

Provide full business support including printing, scanning, document storage, mail mergers, meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, key and fob administration, and stock management of stationery.

Handle enquiries from customers via Helpdesk and email, welcome visitors and monitor door security.

Assist with vehicle maintenance, hire arrangements, accident reporting, and drivers\’ compliance checks.

Support fire alarm tests, health and safety checks, and ensure a safe workplace for all.

Experience of office systems and procedures

High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines.

25 days annual leave pro rata per annum, plus bank holidays, 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year and 1 wellbeing day per annum.

28 hours per week – employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. They operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
