EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading high-end fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering luxury projects across London. Their portfolio spans super-prime residential, luxury retail, and high-end hospitality, working with prestigious brands, renowned architects and HNW individuals. We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take charge of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of high-end finishes and detailing.
The Role:
- Overseeing all aspects of site management, from subcontractors to health & safety compliance
- Managing site teams, driving productivity, and ensuring top-tier craftsmanship
- Liaising with clients, designers, and project managers to maintain smooth project progression
- Handling logistics, scheduling, and site coordination to meet tight deadlines
- Ensuring quality control and attention to detail in every aspect of the build
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing high-end fit-out or refurbishment projects in London
- Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, bespoke joinery, and premium materials
- A proactive and solutions-driven approach to site challenges
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring exceptional standards
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. NVQ 6/7 in Construction Management is beneficial but not essential.
