Rise Recruitment Solutions are actively recruiting for multiple Counterbalance Drivers to join our team to work with one of our clients based in Daventry, Northamptonshire on a temp to perm basis. Our candidate-led approach is built on trust, industry insight and a proven track record to help professionals make career-changing moves that lead to success. Job Details: * Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday / Sunday to Thursday * Days: 06:00am – 15:00pm * Afternoons: 14:00pm – 23:00pm * Nights: 21:00pm – 06:00am (Sunday to Thursday) How the pay works: * Days: £14.00* per hour * Afternoons: £15.00* per hour * Nights: £16.00* per hour * Temp to perm opportunites also available Permanent Benefits * Contributory Pension Scheme * Day off for your Birthday * Cash Health Plan * Employee discounts and much more You will be responsible for: * You will be responsible for putting away stock from the inbound team * Picking the orders for the deliveries for the following day You will have: * Must hold Counterbalance certificate * Must be over the age of 21 * Experience working as FLT driver (white goods desirable but not essential) * Comfortable using technology * Ability to work on your own and as part of team * A customer experience focused attitude * Punctual and Polite * Excellent communication skills Does this role sound like it’s perfect for you?
