About the Role
We’re looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative and technical support to our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a chartered, top-100 IFA firm that values professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling client communications and queries
Assisting with new enquiries and existing client requests
Supporting paraplanners with research, analysis, and new business processing
Managing new business recording and submission
Liaising with product providers and third parties
Preparing paperwork for client meetings and booking appointments
Supporting technical filing, planning research, and administrative tasks
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum R01 qualification (or working towards)
At least 2 years of experience in a financial planning firm
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
