Assistant Workshop Manager Cala Consulting are recruiting for an Assistant Workshop Manager. The Assistant Workshop Manager will support the daily operations of our joinery manufacturing workshop. Being an agile and experienced organisation ensures that they can deliver bespoke projects for a wide range of clients throughout the UK and Ireland; from blue chip big names to smaller independent companies. Purpose of Job: The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Workshop Manager, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality joinery products, overseeing the team, managing resources, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with joinery experience, knowledge of woodworking machinery and a passion for manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong motivated person, with a good work ethic and time management to join our highly skilled workforce.
