NonStop Care are working with a well-respected fostering agency that is seeking a full-time permanent Head of Fostering to lead an experienced team of operational managers, social workers, and support staff. You will be based in the South-East, ensuring children and young people in care reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a high-performing team, providing training and guidance.
