Managing the day to day sales progression of properties, keeping in daily contact with solicitors, buyers and sellers

Overseeing the daily operations of the residential sales team and conducting team meetings

Offering valuations, conveyancing quotes and financial service appointments

Identifying and prequalifying potential buyers and sellers

Securing quality viewings

Cooper have a fantastic opportunity to for an experienced sale negotiator to join their clients team. They’re looking for someone who is hungry to succeed working well in a team and on their own., * At least 2 – 3 years at a senior negotiator level

Can speak Panjabi/Telgu/Hindi/Urdu – Preferable

Can deliver exceptional customer service

Proven experience with valuations and sales progression

Has strong negotiation skills

Can work under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced working environment

Is organised and able to multitask

Has knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings

Valid UK driving licence

Competitive salary

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm – work alternative Saturdays 10am to 4pm bank holidays OFF.
