The Role:

We are looking for a smart, numbers-driven, and friendly individual to join our ever-growing team as an Affiliate Account Executive. This is a junior level position to join an award-winning affiliate team.

You will work across multiple brand names under the guidance of experienced professionals in digital, with a strong foundation of media knowledge that will serve you for the rest of your career. A degree is preferable, but not a prerequisite for this role.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience using basic features of PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Genuine interest in digital media with a penchant towards performance partnerships
  • Ability to think about numbers and interest in data
  • Effective communication skills
  • Pre-understanding of affiliate marketing or previous experience within the industry

Responsibilities:

  • Learn to identify partner opportunities and submit to your client/channel teams to review
  • Understand your client’s key performance indicators (KPI) and how best to achieve these
  • Become confident and proficient in the systems and tools you use to make grounded performance recommendations
  • Identify optimisation levers available to improve performance to meet your client’s KPIs
  • Understand the approach to preparing a media plan in response to a client’s brief
  • Deliver client reporting and analyse campaign results with a view to developing actionable insights
  • Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day internal duties and client requests
