Previous experience in Warehouse Admin required. This vacancy offers genuine opportunities to earn a permanent contract.
Role of Warehouse Admin:
- Ensure vehicles are booked in and out on the traffic sheet in a timely manner.
- Checking goods in and finished goods out of the Warehouse, ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly completed.
- Ensure finished products are checked and are booked on system.
- Working with the FLT drivers to establish what loads are to be taken off which vehicle and which loads are to be loaded.
- Ensure that all stock is moved and assigned correctly by using the WMS system.
- Provide accurate accounting and attention to detail to ensure finished goods and lines of orders to be shipped are 100% correct.
- Ensure that any issues are highlighted to the Warehouse management team.
- Using the warehouse management system to accurately record all stock movements, including handheld scanner and PCs.
- Participate in regular PI counts/ad hoc stock checks helping to ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure that the pallet reconciliation spreadsheet is up to date and accurate.
- Participate in regular stock checks helping to ensure stock accuracy.
- Any other duties that may be required by the business.
Working Hours and Shift Patterns:
- Rotating Days/Afters: any 5 out of 7 days (06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00).
- Nights: working any 5 out of 7 days from 22:00 to 06:00.
Pay Rates:
- Days/Afters: from £12.21/hr.
- Nights: from £13.27/hr.
- After 12 weeks, if the probation period is successfully passed, there is an increase in pay rate to £12.27/hr on Days and £13.33/hr on Nights.
