We are looking for a person to join our AdIntel International business. This is a Data Entry level position. You will play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and coding advertising content across various media channels. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of advertising analytics and contribute to industry-leading insights.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identifying relevant advertising content across multiple platforms, including TV, Radio, Digital, Social Media, Direct Mail, Billboard and Cinema.
  • Monitor advertisements, identifying key details and category structures to support client campaigns and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure data quality and alignment with Nielsen Ad Intel standards.
  • Create and deliver film and radio codes to broadcaster, Radio and TV.
  • Perform quality assurance on data entry and categorization.
  • Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets to fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Work effectively within a team to meet departmental deadlines.
  • Liaise with other departments to maintain consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed.
Required profile:
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
