We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead and inspire our design team. The Graphic Design Manager is essential in driving the creative direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality designs across all channels, including Digital. The Graphic Design Manager will have a strong background in graphic design, a passion for creativity, and excellent leadership skills to help direct the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creative Direction & Strategy: Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for a wide variety of design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and overall marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative, creative, and results-driven environment.
  • Design Oversight: Oversee the design process from concept to final execution across multiple marketing channels, including print and digital.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand, ensuring all design work adheres to the established brand standards and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Innovation: Encourage and implement innovative designs that keep the company's visual presence fresh and competitive. Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Digital Asset Production: Lead the creation and optimisation of digital assets, including display advanced online promotional content. Ensure these assets are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, balancing priorities and timelines, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of design assets.
  • Creative Brief Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements, develop clear creative briefs, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Present and explain design concepts and ideas to internal teams, stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions.

About you:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) but also experience or knowledge in other design platforms (Figma or other alternatives).
  • Expertise in AI-driven tools that enhance design workflow.
  • Experience in producing digital assets, including display ads, banners, and social media content, with a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other stakeholders and departments.
  • A passion for design, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
