Our client is a fast growing, ambitious organisation operating within the healthcare sector. They are an independent, dynamic and agile business who are seeking to double their turnover in the next 4 years. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This is a full time, permanent role attracting a salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, driving financial performance through P&L management and optimising operational processes. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
  • Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance workflow and overall business performance.
  • Work closely with Directors to drive growth across the Group.
  • Human Resources (HR) Management:
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage the relationship with external HR support.
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
    • Analyse financial statements to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic financial initiatives.
    • Drive financial performance by setting and achieving P&L targets.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.

    About you:

    • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of people management, financial management, and operational processes.
