A national Construction Consultancy with a family-feel culture is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS/Consultancy background to join their Buckinghamshire office.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time, following a major client win—adding more work to an already healthy pipeline across the residential, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Alongside project delivery, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting their day-to-day work and mentoring them as they progress within the company.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree
- Previous experience of running your own projects with minimal support
- PQS / Consultancy experience (minimum 5 years – UK)
- Industrial, healthcare, or residential project experience would be a plus
- Strong pre and post contract
- Previous experience or a willingness to manage other quantity surveyors
In Return:
- £55,000 - £65,000
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
