Summer Project – Reception/Facilities Assistant! Dates: 12/05/25 to 31/08/25 Times: 08:00 to 16:30 Working week: Monday to Saturday (may not be required every Saturday) £12.85 per hour Are you an organised, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail? We're looking for a Reception/Facilities Assistant to join our vibrant team and play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment! What you'll be doing: Goods Management: Handle incoming/outgoing deliveries with ease, ensuring all couriers are greeted professionally and efficiently. Facilities Support: Keep our workplace spick-and-span! From replenishing water bottles and milk to tidying up after break times, you'll ensure our environment is clean and ready for action. Team Player: Assist our cleaning team with emptying small bins and helping maintain a tidy communal space. Reception Cover: Take charge of our reception area when needed, making sure visitors feel welcome and helping out with the access control system to process badges.
