We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic and forward-thinking rehabilitation team at St Christophers.
Your role will be responsible for providing and delivering person-centred, holistic rehabilitation to palliative care patients including those with cancer, long term neurological and other progressive life-limiting conditions such as COPD and heart failure.
You will be responsible for providing expert and skilled rehabilitation by undertaking holistic, specialist assessments of people's goals and needs, and developing dynamic treatment plans. You will implement and deliver excellent treatments including both group and individual sessions to patients focusing on maximising function and engagement with their lives.
The Rehab and Wellbeing team support patients in a number of settings including out-patients at both our sites, our in-patient unit and in patients' own homes.
To succeed in this role you will be a person-centred therapist with sound clinical reasoning skills and the ability to deliver therapeutic, rehabilitation interventions across a complex patient caseload. You will have experience across core areas of clinical practice and have advanced communication skills.
