Four Squared Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a one-year maternity cover to join a vibrant and fast-paced team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to support ambitious marketing objectives by utilising a broad range of marketing strategies to engage a diverse membership within the financial services sector. A significant aspect of the role will involve promoting events and training programmes to meet commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with internal teams to plan and manage marketing campaigns for various commercial activities.
- Implement marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, emails (with audience segmentation), social media, and on-site event promotions.
- Develop, edit, and manage compelling marketing content that adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively target audiences, ensuring timely delivery and minimising message fatigue.
- Manage the commercial sections of the website, ensuring events and training courses are presented in an engaging and informative manner, including updates on details, speakers, and agendas.
- Work with the design team to produce attractive, on-brand marketing materials.
