Do you have recent experience of dealing with HNW or Corporate Customers? Are you able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues? If so, then we would like to hear from you. Our client, a unique financial services organisation, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Corporate and Private Client team. As a Customer Service Representative within the Corporate and Private Client team you will work closely with a team of Account Managers, managing portfolios of High-Net-Worth and Corporate clients. A typical day will see you: * Managing client email and telephone queries * Building relationships with customers and colleagues * Administering clients bespoke portfolios * Updating information on the company\’s CRM This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are: * Strong data entry skills * High levels of numeracy * The ability to work to tight deadlines * Good MS Office skills The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working. The client offers excellent benefits including, free on-site parking, a generous pension, and 30 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
