We are delighted to be working with a growing organisation based near Bicester that are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role to continue developing in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance in all financial transactions
- Manage and mentor the finance team
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assist with the delivery of statutory reporting, including the preparation of annual statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure the provision of quarterly VAT returns and compliance with applicable tax regulations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and internal controls
- Ensure all intercompany posting and recharges are posted and reconciled
- Oversee Credit Control
