As the Digital Marketing Assistant (CRO Focused) your role will centre around optimising user journeys and driving conversion rate improvements across Triumph's digital platforms, including triumphmotorcycles.co.uk and its global sites. You will help enhance key touchpoints such as motorcycle model pages, test ride requests, and configurator engagement, ensuring that website content and functionality are aligned with Triumph's global marketing and conversion goals.

In addition to supporting CRO efforts, you will work closely with the wider digital marketing team to support content updates on Triumph's website using an enterprise-level CMS. Your role will involve collaborating with the team to ensure that content updates - whether for product launches, news articles, or seasonal promotions - are executed effectively, maintaining consistency across global markets while optimising content for conversion performance.

We are seeking the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): A strong understanding of CRO principles, with first-hand experience in optimising websites for improved conversion rates.
  • Content Optimisation Expertise: Experience working with content teams to ensure website content is optimised to drive user engagement and conversion performance.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimising content for search engine visibility and user conversion.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Strong proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and conversion tracking software to assess user behaviour and improve website performance.
  • A/B Testing and Personalisation: Experience running A/B tests and implementing personalisation strategies, with the ability to analyse results and implement changes to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates.
  • Project Management and Collaboration Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively with different teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience working on a B2C website with a focus on user journey optimisation and content management.
  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is advantageous but not essential.
