- Handle property matters from post-quotation through to post-completion.
- Work with a high proportion of London and South East properties.
- Operate within a 7-person team, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service.
- Thrive in an email-driven environment, responding quickly and accurately.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Legal Executive.
- Experience managing residential property conveyancer transactions independently from start to finish.
- Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent email communication skills - fast, responsive, and efficient.
- Minimum BBB at A-Level.
