We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, an experienced Surveyor to join their existing team on an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility to extend. The ideal candidate will display the following:
- Architectural or surveying background
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to produce survey and fire strategy drawings within a short delivery period
- Fluent in AutoCAD
- Ability to travel between sites (by car preferably)
- Able to work at short notice
- Able to work autonomously, with guidance when required
- Can be a work from home role when not surveying
- Occasional in-person contact days may be required (otherwise on Teams)
5-10 years PQE experience working within healthcare environments.
