Responsibilities
- Answering inbound calls
- Scanning PODs onto customer portals
- Providing proof of deliveries to customers
- Filing
- Checking purchase invoices
- Entering purchase invoices
- Raising sales orders
- General office administration
About You / Qualifications
- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Excellent telephone manner
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
