They are currently seeking an Estimator / Surveyor for their architectural interior joinery division collaborating with a skilled group of craftspeople with the opportunity to create stunning panelling, doors, windows and bespoke furniture.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with architects, site teams and clients
- Reviewing tender drawings and producing an accurate detailed estimate
- Gathering external quotes for specialist items such as glazing and ironmongery
- Completing quantity take offs as required and completing schedules of work, or bills of quantities if applicable

Skills and Experience sought from the Estimator / Surveyor:
- A relevant City & Guilds / NVQ qualifications in Carpentry & Joinery
- Detailed knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing and processes
- A good understanding of traditional building methods for the refurbishment of listed buildings and high-end residential construction
- Confident in dealing directly with architects, quantity surveyors, clients and subcontractors
