The Role
You will drive the growth and profitability of our training services, managing existing partnerships and developing new opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Identify and exploit new training opportunities, creating proposals and processes.
- Financial Management: Deliver profitable operations within budget and KPIs.
- Training Excellence: Ensure course materials comply with legislation and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with training centres, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Manage staff, oversee contracts, and collaborate with the Training Project Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, preferably in technical/environmental training.
- Skills: Commercial acumen, strong IT proficiency (MS Office), and ability to analyse data and solve problems.
- Knowledge: Understanding of on-site/remote training models, health/safety legislation, and industry standards.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills (Competency Level 3 required).
