Your Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring every quote and order is handled with precision and care. From the moment a customer reaches out to the final delivery, you’ll be instrumental in providing a seamless experience, building trust, and exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing customer quotes and orders efficiently via email, phone, and web platforms.
- Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales potential and provide customers with the best solutions.
- Handling customer inquiries, offering expert product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Following up on quotes, ensuring conversions, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Supervising inbox activity and ensuring all customer communications are addressed promptly.
- Collaborating with internal teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Purchasing) to ensure smooth operations.
- Escalating issues proactively, always striving for quick resolutions.
- Meeting KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) to uphold our high standards.
- Ensuring order accuracy, meeting deadlines, and contributing to a high quote conversion rate.
- Delivering outstanding customer service, getting to know customers on a personal level, and making them feel valued.
