About the Role:
Our client, a respected regional law firm with multiple offices, is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Administrator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting people as much as systems — playing a key role in onboarding, training, and rolling out new software and technology across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring smooth setup of IT systems and access
Deliver training and guidance on software systems to new and existing staff
Assist with the rollout of new technologies, software, and updates across the firm
Provide 1st/2nd line support and resolve day-to-day IT issues
Maintain system documentation and user guides
Promote best practice in data security and GDPR compliance We’re Looking for Someone With:

Experience in IT support, ideally within professional services
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and network environments
Confident communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical users
Familiarity with GDPR and data protection standards
A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities Attributes:
