We are looking for a commercially astute Interim Finance Director to oversee the financial integration of three businesses into a single, cohesive entity. This critical role will ensure the project progresses without disrupting day-to-day financial operations, providing oversight on financial structures, ERP migration, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial integration, ensuring a smooth transition of accounting processes and reporting structures.
- Provide strategic oversight on financial risk, compliance, and operational impact.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Finance team to align contracts, manage TUPE-related financial considerations, and streamline reporting.
- Ensure the successful migration of financial systems onto Microsoft ERP, supporting configuration and testing.
- Maintain business continuity, ensuring the transformation does not disrupt financial performance.
- Support customer contract novations, working with legal and commercial teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Finance Director with a background in M&A, business restructuring, or financial transformation.
- Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence, risk management, and ERP system transitions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, ensuring stability during change.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
