The role will be office based and whole company typically work a 4-day working week, so the ideal hours of work are Monday – Thursday, with the discussion to be flexible on start/finish times to suit the right candidate.

Duties include but are not limited to –

  • Basic office management and office organisation, assisting other team members as required.

  • Monitoring email inbox, flagging issues and dealing with incoming emails.

  • Answering and directing calls accordingly

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers

  • Ordering of materials

  • Raising jobs on Tradify and following through to complete job ready for invoicing with all relevant information and pricing correctly input

  • Collating required information to be sent to customers on a weekly basis

  • Scheduling in jobs

  • Supporting bookkeeping procedures

The ideal candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated and trustworthy, have excellent attention to detail, and have a can-do attitude.
