Taylormade Employment are delighted to be working alongside a leading client in the construction/ security sector. This is a remote based role with the option of an office base in Watford with a company car, laptop and phone provided. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is looking for the security of a full time permanent position and to grow with the company., * Representing the company at meetings, events, exhibitions and proactively looking for new business opportunities

Generating quality leads every week and progressing leads to secure contracts as well as developing existing relationships

Following up and providing daily and weekly feedback and reports on sales leads and possible contract opportunities

Maintaining and tracking your own self-developed sales database to ensure accurate sales reporting and pipeline

Provide information of sales and deliver regular feedback on the market and sales to the Director

Identifying opportunities for new business through market research

Undertaking cost analysis of new business opportunities

Take ownership of the client engagement and sales process, effectively converting inbound and outbound leads with responsiveness and proactively building our sales pipeline.

Writing Tender and submission experience
The ideal applicant will have experience with the following:

Previous knowledge and contacts within the construction sector.

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a similar industry.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.

Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
