You will play a key role in driving profitability through vehicle finance, insurance, and accessory sales while maintaining exceptional customer care and satisfaction.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to maximise profitability from various sales avenues.
- Ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction are consistently achieved and maintained.
- Deputise for the Sales Manager and perform their tasks as required.
- Utilise the latest showroom technologies to showcase vehicle options effectively.
- Engage with customers to negotiate and close sales, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of achieving set sales targets.
- Passion for cars, technologies, and customer service.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
