If you are passionate about regulatory compliance, have an excellent attention to detail and have an interest in beauty and cosmetics then we would love to hear from you! We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator on a 3 month FTC to join a successful beauty & cosmetics business who develop market-leading products for global brands and retailers.
In this role you’ll work closely with the internal teams and external partners managing the product data to ensure all technical files are complete, products have the correct certifications, and all are uploaded to the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).
The successful applicant will be detail oriented, methodical, highly organised and have experience with portals (ideally CPNP).
Key Responsibilities in this role:- Ensuring the accurate submission of Cosmetic Product Notifications via CPNP and UK regulatory portals for all products
- Working closely with 3rd party manufacturers and testing houses to obtain all necessary documentation
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs) as required
- Collaborating with external regulatory consultants as needed to address any technical compliance queries
- Organising and maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation for audit purposes
- Experience within product compliance and managing technical files
- Experience with portals, particularly Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) a distinct benefit
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams and external parties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel
