A leading business transformation consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair seeks a talented Project/Events Manager to support their dynamic project team in delivering impactful client programmes on time and on budget. As Project Manager your role will be to organise workshops and events across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Your duties will include:
- Day to day project management and coordination of activity for the project team
- Working alongside Event Producers for large scale events
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally
- Overseeing budgets for each project
- Project and team administration
- Supporting strategic internal initiatives
- UK and worldwide travel
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Experience of project management within a similar people focused environment
- A degree (or equivalent)
- The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy role
- A creative mind and love of innovation
- MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantage
- A proven background managing people centric projects or events
This hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy with occasional travel and will need to work outside standard office hours as the business requires. In return you will work in a fantastic team environment which is collaborative and encourages development.
